In general, you should be careful if you choose to work advertising agencies. My experience is that some of them have canned ideas at the ready ("Man running through office hits head on filing cabinet draw") and they are just waiting for any client to walk through the door ("Fedex man running to deliver package hits head on filing cabinet draw"/"Man gets so excited at suggestion of going to lunch at Burger King he runs through office and hits head on drawer" etc.)

There are some talented people in ad agencies, however. They are often a step below the guys who seem to be in charge. So find them and hear their ideas.
